Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before performance begins. Send your request to [email protected]; the amount paid is refunded within fourteen days by the original payment method.
After Performance Begins
Where work has started on analysis, design, or development, cancellation results in a refund of the balance after deducting the value of completed work items. Completed items are reported in writing within five business days of the cancellation date.
Monthly Packages
For monthly packages such as SEO and Maintenance, service continues to the end of the current month and the following month is not invoiced. Mid-month cancellations are not refunded for that month, but service is delivered in full to month end.
Defective Service
Where delivered work does not meet the scope defined in the order summary, the right to free correction applies first. Where correction is not possible, the fee is refunded.
