Buyer: the person whose name, address, and contact details appear on the order form.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in respect of the service ordered electronically through the Seller’s website, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service and Price
The name, scope, delivery period, and VAT-inclusive price of the ordered service appear in the order summary and confirmation email. Prices shown on the site are starting prices; where scope expands, the price is not changed without the Buyer’s written approval.
4. Payment
Payment is made by the method selected at checkout. Where bank transfer is chosen, account details are sent by email after order confirmation.
5. Delivery
The service is performed electronically within the period stated in the order summary. That period begins when the Buyer supplies the information and materials required for performance.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason, provided performance has not begun. However, under Article 15/1(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the Buyer’s consent. Notice of withdrawal is sent to [email protected].
7. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
