Personal Data Processed
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the following data is processed:
- Identity: first name, surname
- Contact: email address, phone number, address
- Transaction security: IP address, browser information, cookie records
- Customer transactions: order history, invoicing details, requests and complaints
Purposes
Your data is processed to deliver services, form and perform the contract, issue invoices, run customer support, meet legal obligations, and — where you request it — send commercial communications.
Legal Basis
Processing relies on Article 5/2 of the Law: performance of a contract, the controller’s legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Commercial electronic messages rely solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers
Data may be transferred to payment institutions, hosting and email service providers, and legally authorised public bodies, limited to the purposes above.
Retention
Data is retained for the periods set out in applicable legislation, or where none is specified, for as long as the processing purpose requires. On expiry it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
