Our Process

Every project moves through five steps. You always know which step you are on and what comes next.

1. Discovery

We talk through the need, the current process, and the constraints. This conversation is free, and at the end we say plainly whether the work is actually feasible.

2. Proposal

Scope, timeline, and price in writing. What falls outside the scope is written just as clearly, so no surprise line items appear later.

3. Design

Interfaces and flows are prepared as a clickable prototype. You approve them before any code is written.

4. Development

We work in two-week cycles. At the end of each you see a working version, so you track progress through the product rather than a report.

5. Delivery & Maintenance

Launch, team training, and source code transfer. You can continue with a monthly maintenance retainer, but it is not required.
